It offers new features including:
● The ability to connect to and to utilize renewable energies (photovoltaic and wind turbine),
● The ability to interact with the energy provider: supply or sell energy and participate as part of the smart grid. 
● Support for batteries and / or a genset to provide backup energy any time
● The ability to manage loads (“load management” and “demand-response”).

This board is intelligent and is capable of suggesting alternative courses of action to the user according to user preferences: energy savings, renewable energy maximum use, profitability.

 A first prototype of this solution is being tested.
