Our Vision
Scarcity of resources, global warming and population expansion are all pointing to an environment-focused 21st century. The major energy production systems will more than likely have to evolve, but it will be several decades before the changes needed are available.
In the meantime, solutions currently exist, in particular solutions that aim to reduce energy demand.

HOMES is proposing to make the most of the energy in each building:
• By deploying the principles of Active Energy Efficient:
- Optimise the use of comfort control equipment and the use of energies
- Measure and monitor energy performance to optimise it over time
• By providing those concerned with the means to cooperate so as to jointly carry out construction and renovation projects that are energy efficient.
