The HOMES programme has been presented to OPECST.
The HOMES programme has been presented, on their request, to Messrs Christian Bataille and Claude Birraux within the framework of their work on their report “Energy Performance of Buildings: how to adjust the rules to improve attainment of targets?” for the parliamentary office for the evaluation of scientific and technological decisions (OPECST).
